Greetings to all the members. For starters, my wife of 45 yrs are retired and both enjoy camping, sightseeing (travel in the good ole U.S.A)
and we both have our ccw licenses since 2004. We have live in Mentor, Ohio about 40 miles east of Cleveland (almost not far enough ) for 41 years. I'm a U.S.Army veteran having served in Germany 1962-64. Was in Scouting 17 yrs as Cubmaster and Scoutmaster and belong to many 2nd amendment orgs. Until the last year was an avid Civil War reenactor, the second back operation has put a ki-bosch on that physical activity but we still try to go to events in the eastern U.S. as spectators. Thanks in advance for your words of welcome.

Grettings, and welcome. I have always enjoyed watching the civil war re-enactments, you people put a lot of work into it to get it right. I know how it is when health problems arise, I had to slow down after some serious knee problems. But, I still enjoy traveling, planning on a little drive to Fairbanks this spring. Should get back about Oct. Only problem area is Canada, they don't like firearms.

Welcome jlc! I went to my first re-enactment last year here in the Las Vegas area. I had a great time, and got some super photos. I even got to spend some time talking to General Lee! :lol: I can't wait to go again. Do you have any re-enactment photos posted where we could see them?
