I've posted about the Illinois Pro Second Amendment Resolution being passed in Illinois Counties, in the Illinois Forum. It may be something for you California folks to consider. It has already been passed in 66 of the 102 counties in Illinois. It is in response to legislation proposed last year on such things as Assault Weapons Ban, 50 Caliber Ban, Full Capacity Magazine Ban, etc. 66 counties have said such legislation is unconstitutional and beyond lawful Legislative Authority.
