Hi Dustin, and welcome to CarryConcealed! http://i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd198/St-Michael/wave.gif

I think that this is the latest Brady tactic. It worked in Calipornia (spelling intentional) and now it's being attempted in several other states as well. The easy solution is that the ammo and weapon manufacturers simply refuse to supply any ammo, arms, or firearm parts at all to those states with restrictive laws like that, and soon, the police forces will be clamoring for the law to change. When the politicians' bodyguards are disarmed because they can't buy ammo and can't train and practice and qualify, they'll see how the rest of us feel in the presence of their laws-vulnerable!

Or do you suppose they'd cross state lines and buy their guns and ammo where the laws are "loose" - just like they say the criminals do? You know it's bad when you can't tell the criminals that aren't in government from the ones that are.

Blessings,
B

There is a link in the article that takes you to http://ammunitionaccountability.org/Legislation/Ammo%20Accountability%20-%20Sample%20Legislation.pdf

If you break that out a little you get http://ammunitionaccountability.org/ that has a link you can send them email if you like.

I clicked on there link to supporters and there are 5 people listed. I clicked on victims and no one is listed.

A federal bill has also been introduced.

The ammunition bills have been headed up by Sen Ted over the last several years.

They will create the single largest black market since the prohibition. The amount of money lost in tax revenue alone will be staggering.

Thanks for posting this, and our thanks go to DustinsgunBlog.....Good information.

What's Fat Ted gonna do when his body-guards can't get ammo? Go to squirt-guns? Maybe so, since he's well-versed in the lethality of water.

The bans on un-encoded ammo never apply to those in government, Sandhiller, only to the serfs and peons... oh wait, I mean the sovereign citizens of the United States.
