Great shots from Iraq - Take a look at the link. I would personally like to thank all of our troops and those that post these kinds of photos. It is a true testimony of our troops and what they are doing. We belong to the greatest country in the world and have the greatest military that has ever been on planet earth. Not because they can fight, but they are an all volunteer group.

Quoted from the forum "I took my 20D and 28-105mm II lens with me on my second tour of duty in Iraq. Most of these pictures are taken from a single perspective: from the top of my M3A2 Cavalry Fighting Vehicle (Bradley). When not out on foot patrol myself, I was supporting my Soldiers on the ground with direct fire support."

Click on the link and glance through the other pictures.

Clark - Very nice photo, thanks for posting it.

FYI, I've been a member of that Canon forum since January, 2005. I posted a polite, low toned topic in General chat on that forum introducing carryconcealed.net and inviting those interested to visit us here. My posting was removed by the Moderator, and I got a threatening PM from the Moderator telling me that if I did it again "stronger measures" would be taken. I checked the Rules for that forum. I don't see anything that would prohibit me from posting about this new forum.

I think the people who run photography-on-the.net are anti gun, and they didn't want my posting on their forum. I, for one, am not going to support them anymore.
