WOW! First post, how cool is that?!?!? I'm not a CO native, but rather a former NJ native who was relocated to CO, and I'm not going back!!! Some of you may know me from other forums, yup, it's me...
Currently I'm an OCer, but should have my CCW from Douglas Co within a week or so hopefully. With that I'll be able to OC/CC as the situation dictates. As I was getting my CCW paperwork done, the Sheriffs assistant told me that so far this year, 118 permits were granted just in my county. There were at least 4 people in there for the same reason just in the hour I was there so add at least 5 more! It would seem that Douglas Co is rather well armed...heh. Good!!!
So lets hear from some other Coloradoans!!!

Araphoe County Sheriff told me about the same numbers when I got my CCW. Makes me proud to see people taking up arms and defending themselves. Criminals reading this now, and I know you are.... Beware, you're going to mess with the wrong person, They will feel their life is in danger, and that's the justifiable grounds to bring the fire down upon you. Welcome to the site Ernie.
