These classes are in Modesto at the Modesto PD range. It takes me one hour to get to the range from my house in Chowchilla. Basically go to Turlock and take a left.
Bennie Cooley is teaching a three day Handgun/Carbine class on Thursday, Friday and Saturday March 13-15 from 8 am till whenever. Contact Vince Bizzini with Stanislaus Co SO at (209) 525-7203 / Cell – (209) 652-6963 or e-mail him at vbizzini@stanislaussheriff.com . Cost of the class is $350.00. Make checks payable to CRTC Inc. You can send the check to Vince but contact him and get the details first. You need 1000 rounds rifle and 500 rounds handgun.
They are also hosting the Gun Site Armed Vehicle Operations class taught by Ken Vogel. This is all about fighting from and around a vehicle. It is a two day class set for April 5-6 (Saturday and Sunday). Cost is $295.00. You need 600 rounds of handgun for this class. Contact Vince if you want in on this one as well.
