I'm glad this kid is standing up for his constitutional rights.

Wait a minute... The picture of a gun makes an "unsafe" environment for students "in the post-Columbine era" exactly how?
If pictures of guns are unsafe, then perhaps pictures of the idiot liberals making stupid and unConstitutional policies like this are even more unsafe.

Bill of Rights beat me to it, but I mean really, what a crock!
".... an attorney for the school district said school must create a safe environment for students in the post-Columbine era."
I'd sure be interested in hearing this attorney argue that the kid's T-Shirt endangered anyone, or created any kind unsafe environment.
What next? Are they going to go through all the history books and excise all photographs of guns? What about written references to guns? They would have to go too. "And then, the British Red Coats and Colonial Minutemen lined up on opposing sides and pointed their long stick like doohickies at each other." Will kids in school be forbidden to say the word, "gun?" Will little boys be expelled for drawing guns while doodling? What about the poor kid named "Gunn?" "I'm sorry Mister Gunn, but little Billie will not be allowed to use that name in this school."
Oh, I could go on with this, but what's the point?

I have to ask if Billie's father would be Pop Gunn? http://i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd198/St-Michael/roflmao.gif
