What a showing of the Ying/Yang philosophy. She snapped-off the function check like a hardened soldier then smiled and giggled like she was getting her favorite flavor ice cream cone. Give her two minutes & I'll bet she could do that in the dark. I'd be proud. Seems the bolt cam is tough for all of us.
Child abuse allegations? Probably not - just looks of discontent from friends' parents. My 14 year old daughter is only 50-60 points shy of olympic qualification in small bore and the poor kid doesn't want to mention it in school. Her friends have shown interest, but it never gets past the parents. I've suggested they just come and watch, but to no avail. She can't wear the team shirt or jacket to school because the logo depicts a silohuette shooting from the kneeling position. She never shined at basketball, volleyball, swimming etc. She could do them, but never shined. Here she is crankin' off bullseyes and coming home to wash the nitro smell out of her hair so nobody will notice. Thankfully, a girl her age just joined the team.
