Enfield No4 Mk1* Longbranch finally has a new authentic Canadian stockset fitted and finished. This was my first restoration which took 9 months to find the correct wood. It was slathered in cosmo and dirt, hell, the forearm grooves were packed solid with goop. Many treatments with mineral spirits, Easy Off, 0000 steel wool, scotchbrite pads, and a final 3+ coats of BLO. All I need now is the stacker swivel and a sling.

I have a whole gallon of BLO left over, so the WASR is currently drying in its third coat, and the Yugo Mausers are next!!!
