Magazine capacities

Are there any magazine capacity laws in Texas?
I haven't found anything that says there is... but I haven't found anything that says there isn't.
I would assume that y'all would know.

the only state that i have found that limits the compacity of your mag is Cali, which i laughed when i bought my xd which has 13+1 and said "NOT LEGAL IN CALI" on the side in large bold print.

Massachusetts also has mag limits. I'm not fully up on the details of the limits, but it is 10 round for new guns. Pre 98 (I think) that was owned in the state already, or new guns being brought in by out of staters who move to MA are legal though. We still have the assault weapons ban in the state too.

Don't take my take on the mag limits as gospel, however - I carry revolvers and don't pay much attention to what the laws on autos are.
