Get $100 for junk guns in Chicago 7/26

Just to let everyone know about a post I made under News and Announcements there is going to be a "gun turn in" at 25 Chicago churches this saturday. I posted a URL with the other post where you can get locations. They give you a $100 gift card, mastercard or visa I believe for any gun you bring in, working or not. No questions asked. They also give $10 for replica guns or BB guns. This is an opportunity to get rid of some junk and get some gift cards you can use to buy a new firearm. You do not need to be a Chicago resident. Go early as sometimes they run out of cards. I think it starts at something like 10 am. There are phone numbers for the churches where they are buying at.

There's a funny scene on THE SHIELD about a gun exchange program. Called "Toy for Guns" the cops give a toy for every gun turned in. A big dude, adult, kinda dorky looking, shows up with an action figure...

DORK: You got any Berettas. Berettas are cool.

COP: Uh, it's a toy for a gun, not the other way around.

D: Yeah? I was sure I heard it the other way!

C: Nope.

D: I'm pretty sure...

(The guy doesn't get his Beretta and leaves with his action figure.)

If Chicago would concetrate on turning in their JUNK politians the State of Illinois would be better off.
Cleveland tried the same thing and guess what, the killings by the bad guys kept on to this day unfortunately..
What these cities need is to make the bad guys afraid to go out with a weapon by doing a massive/regular sweep of the crime areas and screw the ACLU and NAACP and anyone else that starts crying about civil rights.
The bad guys are taking away our rights to go where we want without fear of them.
