Problems With Reciprocity Map?

Is anyone else having problems with the reciprocity map? When I try to go to it, "loading non-issuing states" comes up and nothing else.

I'm going to guess (and that's all it is at present) that that's a glitch caused by our recent changes. I have no reason to think that it is other than temporary.

I've also noticed a few glitches, however, they have been fixed shortly after I found them. The admin team seems to be knocking them off one after another. :)
