Reciprocity alert!

The State of SOUTH CAROLINA is now denying that it has a reciprocal agreement with the State of West Virginia. Although a letter of agreement was posted for viewing, South Carolina says that they never received an executive order letter from West Virginia.
I will keep you posted as I learn more details.

:shrug: Why does South Carolina need anything from West Virginia in order to honor West Virginian Licenses? Either West Virginia's standards are good enough or they aren't right? Yes, I know, they can't do anything without the proper ammount of red tape... :( Frustrating...
