Calling all Merry Men!

There is a charming little village called Edwinstowe just on the edge of Sherwood forest in Knottinghamshire, England. The village has a neat little website, and a new forum. See: http://www.edwinstowe.co.uk/index.htm Edwinstowe bills itself as the home of Robin Hood, hence my call to "Merry Men."

I joined the forum, and have been watching it for several weeks. It seems that the locals are a bit shy or perhaps unaccustomed to participating online. So, I thought it might be fun and helpful if some of you good folks jumped in and registered on the forum. I was well received by the webmaster, and the forum states that it is open to all.

The forum has a topic for general discussion. Hopefully I'll see some of you there soon. It would be a hoot!

I visited there in 1992! I lived a couple of hours from there in Buckinghamshire for 3 years. :rockwoot:
