What do you all think, if there was a spot for video's and Photo albums, would you use them?
let me the admin's know in this forum? also use the poll

It could even be set so that only members can see this dedicated section.

I made this suggestion to Stubob a couple of days ago, actually, in the form of a place for "Gun Porn" and "Target Porn".

Note that this does NOT involve any sexually suggestive content!

"Gun Porn" would be photos of your firearms, and while there may be body parts that some would want to see in those pictures that you would not see in a G rated movie, let's save those photos for other sites, mm-kay?

"Target Porn" would be the same definition, substituting "targets" for "firearms", very much like postal target matches, and in fact, we might consider doing those periodically.

Keep those suggestions rolling. In our upgrade this month we are adding video capabilities and will have sections for those. Still working out the details on how that will work, but we are going to video.

The gun porn and picture part I like and will see what we can do quickly to get this feature added to the forum.

We would need to come up with guidelines of useage. This may be a good place for people to put their ideas on the subject so we can see what others think.

Also - What kind of program would anyone like to see about a Carryconcealed good target award system? any ideas?

The best way to regulate the "gun porn" and videos, would be to thave someone to be resonsible to viewing the requested posts making sure that they are not inappropriate for this website

That gets my vote. I think the word "porno" has acquired a generic meaning in the vocabulary of younger people, but to us old farts, it still means dirty (sexually explicit) pictures. That's not the image we're after here.

"Pinups" works for me. It evokes images of the 1950s pinup girls that were racy, but always completely decently covered (though I've not been around the sun enough times to recall if they were thought of as "decently covered" when they were pinned up!)

All of that aside, I fully agree that we don't want a lascivious atmosphere here.
"Gun Pinups" and "Target Pinups" has my vote.
