What about Chat rooms? I personally would like to have a live chat with some of the people on here.

We have had a tough time keeping the Porn and Drug companies out, but I will check into Chat Room Software - It might have to be in our Febuary upgrade if it is possible.

Stuart, I think the chat module should only be available to registered members, so the porno and drug company screening shouldn't be a problem. The regular membership screening would cover it too.

The chat should be assigned a handful of trusted monitors who could permanently block anyone who is chatting inappropriately.

The chat should have an automated monitor that blocks key words and phrases, thus protecting it in the absence of human monitors.

And, the chat should be set up so that chatting members could voluntarily block chat messages from any other member they don't wish to hear from anymore.

With those safeguards, a chat room is pretty safe, and should run smoothly. I know that a number of server modules for chat are available, and setting it up shouldn't be a big deal for someone in that business.

well said george, i think that covers nearly everything, there is one more feature, have it set up with one of those system where you HAVE enter a set of numbers and letters that is different each time even if you make a mistake.
each character would be odd shapped enough that a computer would not recognize.
