This was wild. Thank you for posting - This is a great exhample of why people need to get the CCW permit training. You never know when some one will be mad at their laywer. :shock:

I remember this from when it happened. That tree really did its job!

The gun the "whack job" was using looks like a revolver, and I counted 10 shots. So, it was probably a 22 cal. The dumb reporter seems to wonder why the whack job walked away. Well, he was out of ammo!

I remember when that happened too. The victim was actually hit multiple times if I recall correctly, and survived the ordeal. He is very lucky to be alive. These kind of things can happen at anytime and anywhere. I've seen it happen in real life. I've even been robbed at gunpoint myself. I now have a CCW permit, just in case.
