Americans Refuse Ban on Handguns

Despite relentless liberal media activism against the 2nd Amendment, Americans are realizing the importance of gun ownership and their RKBA. The latest Gallup poll is encouraging. :D

Listen to the liberal comments from some of these women as they try to explain away the results of the Gallup poll. One woman actually thinks the American people are too stupid to understand the importance of gun control. I'm with Ann Coulter. Until women start thinking with their brains rather than making decisions based on their emotions, I'd gladly support taking our voting rights away. :roll:

Well, Lady Di, men are from Mars, women are from Venus, and I suppose I will reluctantly have to admit that I wouldn't have it any other way. Not to say that I don't find something sexy about a gal in pants with a gun on her hip. I do. Ahem, ah, anyway .... I digress. So, what I want to say here is: Please don't feel badly about the feminine roll in all this gun controversy. Believe me, there are a lot of men out there who are just as clueless about the facts, and are reacting just as emotionally as the women who concern you. I'm around them every day, so I know. I'm doing the best I can to re-educate them about guns, the importance of our constitutional right to possess and bear arms, and the facts about crime statistics and gun control. I think we are winning. Just keep the faith, and don't be reluctant to talk to your female friends about the issues.

On PDO, there was a poster who had a sig file reading, "Liberalism is a communist plot to feminize the youth of America!" I'm not sure I'd go quite that far, but I do understand what he meant. Until "our side" starts tapping the emotional argument as well as the logical one, we will forever fight the Brady Bunch, VPC, et al. Fortunately, that's just a matter of time, because while we can tap the emotional arguments of, for example:

Dead victim, strangled with her own pantyhose after being raped and sodomized?

Or dead rapist with two holes in his chest and one in his head?

You decide.

and the anti- camp can make up stats very easily, or manipulate data to "prove" their point in a way that doesn't stand up to the light of day, we present verifiable facts to the best of our knowledge. If we can fight this fight emotionally as well as intellectually, we just might see 50-state carry in our lifetimes.
