As someone from a "right denied" state, I was wondering if anyone from Hawaii has a CCW permit. I understand your state is a "may issue" state where permits are almost never issued. I understand one was, so I say almost never.
Has anyone, say a woman with an order of protection against an abusive ex-husband ever applied for one and been turned down and brought a lawsuit? If she had say a non-resident from a state requiring a training course, say Utah or Florida or both, and applied for and was denied a permit I would think it might look good if a lawsuit was brought.
