Lady Di, Of course he has changed his heart. He put his finger up to the wind. He's just like Illinois governor Blagojevich, he never saw an anti-gun bill he didn't like when he was in the legislature and voted against every good firearms bill. Then he became governor and was "pro-second ammendment" (that means deer and duck hunting will not be infringed upon) when he toured central and southern Illinois. Oh, there was a uniform firearm transportation bill that came to his desk that he vetoed a couple years ago and twisted the arms of a couple democrats to change their votes so it went down, but no he has changed as well. He had to make sure every home rule town with a firearms ordinance wasn't preempted by the state from making their own requirements.
