Well, based on the sketchy facts in the news story, I agree with the grand jury's refusal to indict.

However, I'm curious about what happened. Did the guy waiving the BB gun actually hold on to it and stay in the store while the clerk took 11 shots at him? :shock: Being that it was a Baskin Robbins, why didn't the clerk take 31 shots? Did the clerk simply run out of ammo, or was there some other reason he stopped shooting? Did the clerk manage to break every piece of glass and mirror in the store, or were some left undamaged? Will Baskin Robbins be offering marksmanship classes for its clerks after this incident? Will Baskin Robbins produce a commemorative ice cream flavor, perhaps "Shootout Sherbet," with those little BBs on top?
