Greetings from Southern Oregon

I was reading throught the lastest issue of my IDPA Magazine and found an ad for this site. What a great find!
I am retired from the Air National Guard as a Meteorologist and am a former Commercial Pilot. I hold permits to carry from Oregon (resident) and non-resident permits from Washington, Virginia and Florida. I got the Virginia and Florida permits while still living in the Peoples Republic of Maryland. My first permit was a resident permit from South Carolina while stationed at Shaw AFB on TDY orders while working at the Weather Squadron there.
I spend alot of my time working with the Civil Air Patrol where I hold the rank of Lt.Col.
I am really looking forward to all the great information on this site.

Welcome Sir, I read your introduction at just the right time. I will start a thread under General Discussion about Oregon CCWs and your feet on the groung information will be most appreciated. But to stay on topic, from one new member to another . . . welcome. :D
