Any Wisconsin folks hear about the arrest of Shaun Kranish in Walworth county Wisconsin for concealed carry violation on May 6. He was wearing an empty holster and a unloaded .45 caliber handgun was found in a CD case in his car. Has anyone heard of something like this happening before in Wisconsin. I thought that type of thing normally only happened in the Chicago area. Can anyone give the transportation statutes for Wisconsin? Open carry is legal, what about in a car?
