Was interested in getting a CCW in Ca. I have the wording down for it. Just not the savings at this time. I am temporarly, for a few years, in Huntington Bech, CA. Retirement will take me to Kansas.

Welcome 99sparks. You probably already know you're in a good county. Yeah, the cost can be some off-putting. Hope you manage to collect enough coinage to get CCWed long enough to take advantage of it before you retire to KS.

I had to go to Atlanta with two last minute airline tickets, not cheap! That hotels and rental car put CCW on hold for a while. I did travel with a gun. We were far enough in the woods that you just open the door and shoot. Well, not exactly but close. It looks like I will be in CA another year for sure. I have to take advantage of that close ocean and all the good motorcycle riding weather.

I have exchanged a few PM’s with CCWI. His work is just down the street from where I work. I drive within a block or two twice a day. I will be getting with him in March or April. If plans do not change.

You, Sir have me at a disadvantage. The USP is getting lonely. Going to warm the USP up a little tonight or Friday. I like getting up on a Saturday and having a coffee and doing a little cleaning with some #9! Do need to practice a little more. Do better with a PPK for some reason.
