i had a sign like that some years back (another house) fadded away, but it had a rottey on it

in ca if you have a sign warning about a "bad" dog you can get sued if he bites someone, even trespassers.

but a sign saying can you get to the fence first, is good in the eye's of a court,
(not admiting you have a biting dog)

Sure, why not? They don't do anything to prevent (and they seem to do everything to encourage) people trespassing in our country. Why should our homes be any different?

Maybe someday "common sense" will break out.
