They allow open-carry as does Indiana. I find the quote by the firearms instructor and NRA lobbiest interesting. Ask 5 different LEOs if open carry is legal and you'll get 5 different answers. That reminds me of something someone said on an Illinois forum. Ask 10 different cops what the law is on transportation of firearms is in Illinois and you'll get 11 different answers, because one will change his answer half way through. Regarding open carry in banks, a proponent for "fanny pack" transport in Illinois mentioned that he asked his banker if it was OK when he visited the bank and was told yes.

sorry to burst your bubble about living in utah, please do not think this is trying to be anti mormon,
but if you do not belong the the local mormon club, you will have a hard time trying to live there, i have some relataves that tried to live in utah and there is a number of things were the locals get and you never will, (like a well for drinking water, etc) :?:

yes i love haveing a carry permit from utah, but not so sure as to trying to live there.
