First Q: Is this University of Washington or Wyoming?
Second Q: From all appearances, this means that they can have guns on campus only if they are stored in a "secure location", like a Kampus Kops station. How exactly is this different from what they did in England? (put them all in one place, then confiscate and possibly destroy)
I know "This is America!" but I also know that New Orleans was once ostensibly part of America, too, and yet police seized how many lawfully owned firearms (that they STILL TO THIS DAY have not returned?
