Why is Florida a rights restricted state on http://carryconcealed.net/legal/? We are a shall issue state and honor all permits that honor ours, hence no reciprocity with South Carolina etc.

Rights restricted is a classification we used in the data base as they do not honor CCW Permits from non Residents. They are a Shall Issuue to anyone that meets the requirments, but they are classified as Rights Restricted due to some of the restrictions.

This same clasification has been used in other areas and if it needs clarification let us know. We want to make sure we get this tool correct.
