not a english major just had to point it out.

sad story, the woman who did the shooting should spend "some" time in jail, maybe not much if any, but a very long time on parole, do they use the gps ankle dohickey in your home town?
but she must attend counseling as a mandatory item, just shooting at a dog she has problems.
