Hello everyone, Just registered and I am looking forward to some interesting conversations in the forum section. I am a 18 year veteran with the Olathe Fire Dept. (15 mins. south of KC). Enjoy hunting with my two sons and try to get to the range as much as possible. Former Leatherneck as well, 85' to 91' .

Firemen or as my kids used to call them "FireDudes" are some of the bravest hero's on the planet.

We have even had discussions on should a "FireDude" Be allowed to carry a gun. One of my friends who is a "FireDude" responed; "Why do I need a gun when I have an axe and a hose." I thought it was a pretty good answer.
