Howdy!
It looks like the Clark County Board of Commissioners will not acknowledge the passing of S.B. 92 so it will automatically go into effect Jan. 1, 2008.
Just in time for the S.H.O.T. Show. Y'all might recall that S.B. 92 was originally going to do away with the unconstitutional "Blue Cards", but it was gutted and barbequed into just changes in the time required to register handguns in Clark County.
