It doesn't happen often, so it's worth noting when it does.

Wait a minute! Is this guy suggesting that liberals should have risen up in armed insurrection in response to the Supreme Court's decision in the 2000 presidential election? Is he saying that if liberals had enough sense to embrace the 2nd Amendment, and to appreciate the benefits of gun ownership, they could have forcibly installed Al Gore as our President?

Hum .... I think I'm beginning to see the value in the anti gun movement's argument. Perhaps I should rethink all this 2nd Amendment stuff.

That makes me think of the young lady in the UK who had an abortion and had herself made sterile so that she would decrease her carbon footprint. She thinks that having children is very selfish and encourage others to do the same.

This upset me at first and my first thought was that if she where serious she would just commit suicide and do away with her footprint all together.

I am Pro-Life, but perhaps she is right. Perhaps the world would be better if all of her like minded friends would make themselves sterile as well. Then someday in a distant future, my Grandchildren and yours could hunt, carry a gun, and attend a football game with a prayer at the beginning in peace.

I DO like the way you think, 45Fan. Perhaps we should encourage the sterilization of liberals. And like you, I'm VERY pro-life. :P

WOW! Hold up! Please tell me this is sarcasm. You believe impeding liberals is of more importance than your ethics?

I think it is fair to say that this is sarcasm, yes.

Of course, if it is their own choice to sterilize themselves, there is no fetus involved, therefore the pro-life issue doesn't even enter into the question, and ethics are not a consideration.

B
