I know that when I started my search for information that the most important question on my mind was the law concerning where I live. If you go to the page for Florida you can, in a most convoluted way, come to the following URL concerning firearms laws. So, I present chapter 790 of the Florida statutes, weapons and firearms.

I changed the Flordia Law page to include your link. I helps when we get better links to information because we update the links as fast as we can get the updated information.

I recently took a CWP course here in FL and the course recommended a reasonably good book on FLORIDA firearms laws. It is paperback, a little under 300 pages and is written in an easily understandable style (not legalese). On any given issue, the author (a FLorida lawyer with an interest in firearms law) includes all pertinent information both state and federal (there is occasionally a conflict between the two). The book is revised whenever there are any significant changes in the law.

For those interested in expanding their library, here is a link to the website >>> http://www.floridafirearmslaw.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=FFL&Product_Code=Florida-Firearms-Law-Use-Ownership-Book&Category_Code=Florida-Firearms-Law-Use-And-Ownership-Book-Info

P.S.: If you click the "Home" button at the above link page, you will get to the website for the attroney who wrote the book. It might be a good link to post in your "Attroney list" forum. I have no personal experience with the attroney in question but he is the one who "wrote the book" for Florida firearms laws, use and ownership... :D Who knows, if you contact him, he may even participate here to some degree... :)
