Bill of Rights

I would like to know where in any state or in the US Constitution there is a power granted government to restrict the right to wear or not wear clothing of a person's choice. "Decency" is a codeword for control, and this, like prohibition of alcohol, drugs, guns, or anything else, will do nothing except make criminals of law abiding citizens.

I wonder how they'd enforce it, anyway- if you wear a pair of pants one size or larger than your body requires, you're in violation? Hmm.. and what happens when you want to wear an IWB holster?

Bottom line: No harm to anyone else = no crime.

Cogito, ergo porto.

Blessings,
B

Unfortunately politicians violate their oaths of office every day, and it's time we hold the mismanagers to account.

"To permit is to promote." The sheeple of this country have permitted this type of constitutional abuse for decades.
