This reminds me of Rocky Blier (Spelling) Pitsburgh Steelers. Came back from Vietnam with injuries and was not supposed to run. Played in the NFL and was a hero for his country and the Steeler Fans.

The Marine Corps, and our other armed services are the teams I root for. I'm sick of seeing and hearing about the criminal, anti social, Muslim, and anti American attitudes and behaviors of professional sports figures. As far as I'm concerned, they can all go to, ....well, you know.

I feel about professional sports, exactly the way I feel about Hollywood movies. I don't go there, I don't watch or listen to their tripe, and I don't donate any of my money to their cause.

Good for Mr. Ballard. I hope he has the courage of his convictions, and can resist the lure of all that money and fame. It's a frightening thing to see the effects of all that corruption in our society.
