This is fun, being a new member in an almost new Forum!
I'm a California escapee. I got out in 2000, and came straight to Las Vegas, NV, where I've lived ever since. One of the first things I did on getting here was to get my Nevada CCW. It's sad how a state I just came to would trust me to carry a gun, but California, where I was born, raised and lived throughout my working career, wouldn't even consider it.
I own a couple of guns. My carry piece is a Kimber Ultra Carry II CDP. I've shot a thousand plus rounds through it, and can attest that it is an excellent pistol. I have a Ruger 22/45 for plinking. And, I just bought a Mossberg 930 SPX 12 gauge tactical shotgun.
I carry my Kimber just about all the time.
