The UTG shoulder holster system one of the lower end system as far as cost goes, I purchased one for around $20 after shipping and handling.
For me it is very comfortable, and holds well to my body type.
This UTG system is reversable sot that you may use it left or right handed. It will fit "most popular pistols" as the ebay seller described.
Made out of nylon, it will hold it's own, even if you were to truely test it's limits.

Personally I give this system 3 1/2 out of 5 stars.

Thanks for your thoughts -

Why would you give it a 3.5 ? just wondering? Thanks!

there is a plastic ring that holds the two sholder straps together, and i am afraid that it will break however if it works for at least a year then it will restore my faith in that ring.
I would also like to see aditional padding for the shoulders. other than that i like it.

Could that plastic ring be replaced with a split-ring metal keychain?

yes, it could but there are some elastic (i think i spelled that wrong, oh well) loops that might tear with a metal ring. not sure has anyone tried that one sucessfully ?

I understand, and no, you spelled it correctly. :)

What about a small metal carabiner? I know it's metal, too, but I'm thinking that the smoother, larger surface might help prevent the elastic tearing.

B

That might work. If the ring breaks i will give that a try.
Stu made a point in the holsters section, that it is good to have a cheaper shoulder holster, to wear at times where it will more likely get torn up than to wear the more expensive one.
