Hi Everyone.
I thought I'd start here (it seems like this is the beginning) and introduce myself a bit. I live in Indiana (near Indy), but I'm transplanted from PA. I have been a lifelong (since 12?) gun owner / hunter; but I'm new (working on) the CCW side of this. I've always been interested in CCW, but its been a 'lower' priority than all the other interests I seem to have. You name it, I'm probably interested to some degree, some of the main ones: hunting, pets, golf, guitars (where the nickname comes from), most sports, except for basketball :cry: : (and the Pacer's behavior totally annoys me - I think I'd fire half the team.).
My wife and I are both interested in CCW since we're planning to move to a more urban area soon (following the grown-up kid + closer to work for me). I have read a lot of info and shot a few pistols, courtesy of my nephew (former Marine, now Jail CO/reserve LEO, starts at ILEA in Jan. to be Sherriff Dep.). I've shot his Glock .40, his .357, and some .22 LR revolvers. My wife has shot with a friend before too (including a .44 mag).
Hopefully, I can learn something from everyone and add something to the forum. I've always been a strong 2nd Ammendment supporter (along with the rest of them, too).
