School Property Issues

See postings in General CCW Discussion for discussion of laws and regulations governing entry onto school property -- whether knowingly or otherwise, marked or not -- with a weapon in an automobile.

This is not strictly a CCW issue, but the answers may be different depending upon whether one has CCW privileges.

Good questions...I posted my thoughts in the General CCW area.
I am awaiting a response back from the Alcohol and Gaming Division about why they have not changed signs to permit CCW in stores that sell, but do not dispense liquor. If I do not get a reply by next week, I write a letter to the Governor and the Albuq. Journal. Many stores tell me that Alcohol and Gaming will still cite them if they do not post "NO FIREARMS". But that is not longer true for CCW license holders.
We need to keep insuring our legal rights are honored.
