IrishMike, Welcome to CarryConcealed. I'm saddened to read of your troubles, both marital and now legal. I would ardently advise you to never post issues which will be handled in litigation in an online forum, for your words here can very easily be found and brought to bear against you. You are correct that your attorney is the one to talk to, and if it is that hard to make contact with him/her and get an answer, I would say that that would mean it was time to get a new attorney.

I wish you well in your situations, and know that you learned a valuable lesson in a very hard way. Hopefully, that will be mitigated by your attorney's arguments.
