Clark said I was ok and has allowed me to post to this fine forum.
I'm another gun owner from Dallas Texas. Wife and I are both CHL holders and like to talk with like minded people.
We hang out in 2 other forums but there both gun forum and when we found this site we felt it might be more to our liking to get a wider opinion without the our gun is better debates. We own more than a few gun of all shapes and size. Each has our favorite carry weapons. Hope to learn something and maybe help someone else learn something.

Welcome - Clark can be abrasive so just ignore him. :D

We are a fun group and the other Moderators are a great group. I am finding that there is a lot of knowledge helping out with questions.

Have fun and let us know if we can help. Suggestions are taken very seriously.

Welcome to you! Yes, those "which gun is best" debates are endless, and boring. Only the "which ammo is best" debates are worse! Hey, if it goes "BANG!" and hits the target, it's a keeper.

I look forward to reading your comments.

Well I've found I have to let the gun choose the ammo. For instance I have a little Colt Mustang that jams using remington ammo but throw in the cheapest stuff you can find and it'll run 500 rounds no problem.
All my revolvers will fire anything, most of my auto's are picky....

I've heard this about autoloaders. I know my Walther P22 likes Federal rounds and HATED CCI Blazers. My Taurus likes WWB at the range, though I carry Hydra Shocks, and my AK eats Wolf for breakfast, steel casing and all. Don't have any wheelguns yet, but I have my eye on an 1895 Nagant. As long as it puts the lead downrange and where I want it, I agree with George; it's a keeper!

Blessings,
B
