Hey there guys, i have yet another question. how much do you guys know about para ordinance regarding their quality of guns, especially the 1911 models? are they good, reliable guns that will shoot every time i pull the trigger? i really like the way they look, and they also have an awesome 16 round magazine for this gun that i am heavily considering buying. http://www.para-usa.com/new/product_pistol.php?id=12

just would like to know about your experiences with para and whether it would be a wise choice to chuck out that much money for this gun, cuz its not cheap by any means

I have never owned one myself, but know several people who do and they seem to be very happy with them. I have shot a few of them and they seem to be as reliable as the other major 1911 platform guns.

Hope this helps...

Contact Bill Wilson, Ed Brown and Clark. Ask them if you can send them a Para to get work done. You will have your answer.

CA CCW Istructor - Do you know why they won't work on the paras or do you just know that they won't ????.. just curious if you knew . I have also thought about the para guns till several of the members here had less than great things to say about them.. thanks

well i dont see anyone coming in here saying how great their para is. thanks for the input, guys (or lack thereof which also tells me something... ill just stay away from them. ) now im looking at S&W 1911 models, the 1911 DK model really catches my eye nicely.

Be not hasty in your judgement.
Para is my choice for daily carry.
It has never failed me.
Ever.
