Senators pushing to allow guns in parks

This is good news! What better place to carry and shoot than in our national parks? I hope this goes through.

Old topic, but I just checked the www.regulations.gov website. There are over 17,000 comments. Of some 200 comments that I read, it appears to be a four to one ratio in favor of allowing concealed carry in national parks. Whether that has any meaning come decision time is unknown, but at least the response is positive. Why the extension was granted and why anyone would think a longer period would sway the comments to the anti-gun side is beyond my comprehension.

As usual, the anti-gun side seems to primarily rely upon emotions, whereas the pro-gun side, in most cases, applies logic and critical thinking.
