Do you carry a flashlight for CCW, for me since i am up late and i don't even get off work till 2300 i have made it my practice to carry a light as well, as my pistol, and there is nobody who can stop me from carring my flashlight anywhere.

If you carry a flashlight, what do you use?

If I am packing, I have a small tactical light on me as well. You never know when you will need one, even during the day, you can get locked in someplace and need a light. I am a firm believer in carrying a knife, a flashlight and a gun

It's compact, 40 lumens, and I use it nearly every day.

I keep a few 4D Maglites around, in the car and at home... but don't carry them (obviously).

I have owned maglite flashlights of diff. sizes for many yrs but the mid of last yr i bought a couple surefire flashlights and love them for the size compared to power. E1L led at 25 lumens I carry in my pocket and a 9P w/the optional bulb at 200 lumens that is carried in a belt holster.

Kershaw Leek (open assist), Streamlight Scorpion, P239....all standard operating equipment for me. Amazingly, the tact. light and the Leek get used daily...

I carry a flashlight at all times except when asleep, but even then I have a powerful LED light next to my "night stand" gun.
